  • Data required to prepare and execute real estate brokerage when you conclude a brokerage agreement with us.

  • responding to your inquiries and communicating about properties in our offer
  • preparing and executing brokerage agreements
  • fulfilling legal obligations (accounting, anti-money-laundering regulations)

Legal basis and retention

Inquiry data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to your request and is kept for a maximum of 2 years after the last communication. Data related to brokerage agreements is kept for the periods prescribed by law.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. Data is stored with our trusted service providers (hosting and database, email delivery) who process it solely on our instructions. Data may be shared with lawyers, notaries public and other professionals exclusively for executing the brokerage.
